    Weather Emergency Class Cancelation Policy

    When Stony Brook University cancels classes:
    The Fundamentals program will be cancelled as well. Kate Hutchinson will send out an email* alert to all students and course directors advising them of the closing by 3:30 pm. Class cancellation information will also be posted on the course BlackBoard page.

    When Stony Brook University remains open:
    The Center for Biotechnology will decide if the class should proceed that evening. If the Center decides to cancel classes, Kate Hutchinson will send out an email* alert to all students and course directors advising them of the closing by 3:30 pm. Class cancellation information will also be posted on the course BlackBoard page.
