About the Event
The Life Sciences Summit 2009, is a two-day event focused on fostering collaborations between academic innovators and leading biopharmaceutical and medical device companies to accelerate the development of next generation biomedical solutions in the areas of neuroscience, cancer, biomedical engineering, and regenerative medicine, among others. The event will also showcase the most significant scientific advances that have commercial relevance from throughout the United States, as well as emerging companies seeking investment and corporate partnerships. The formal program will be augmented by an online partnering system that will allow meeting participants to search for interesting opportunities and schedule meetings with each other throughout the event. Approximately 500 entrepreneurial scientists and biopharmaceutical and medical device executives are expected to attend.
