A critical component of the Fundamentals of the Bioscience Industry program is the extensive professional career development mentoring extended to all participants in the program.

The BioMentor e-Network, developed and supported by the Center for Biotechnology, aims to promote the career development of promising young life sciences professionals by facilitating the on going exchange of career guidance information and expertise with industry experts.

BioMentor e-Network is an innovative program that utilizes on-line e-mentoring, in collaboration with the National Mentoring Partnership, complimented by annual periodic strategic networking events for mentors and mentees.
